Print Shop Details and FAQs
As I get my print shop up and running, I am currently only able offer shipping within the United States. It’s just me behind the shop🙋‍♀️(and I work full time), so I am unfortunately not able to support international sales at this time. I hope to be able to offer it in the future! Please allow up to 3 weeks for your artwork to arrive. Each product has different fulfillment times (up to 7 business days) before it ships out from my lab. I review each order before it is sent to the lab to ensure there are no cropping or other issues. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, as well as tracking information once it is shipped.
I work with a professional print lab based in the United States to print and fulfill all orders placed through my site (via a shop platform called Pixieset). This print lab is available to professional photographers and produces exceptional products.
Yes, some products have additional sizes available. Depending on the image, I can also print at larger sizes. Please feel free to reach out to me at hello@roamingtheamericas.com if there is something specific that you’re looking for and do not see.
All orders are custom printed especially for you! When you place an order, it goes into production by my lab and will be shipped directly to you, so I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
I want to ensure that your artwork arrives safe and sound! Please know that if there are any product defects, damages during shipping, or lost packages, I will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please immediately photograph it. Send an email to hello@roamingtheamericas.com within 7 days of delivery date with your order number. Please include detailed photos of the damage (shipping package and/or print).

Smooth Matte Paper made from 100% cotton hot press paper. It is tabletop smooth and 0.43mm thick. If you order loose prints to frame on your own, handle with care as these are susceptible to damage (fingerprints or scratches).
Giclée (pronounced zhee-CLAY) printing uses a professional-grade inkjet printer and additional colors for smooth color transitions and deep, rich prints. It is printed on fine art paper, and both the ink and paper are archival-quality.
No. While you’ll see a watermark on the images in the gallery to protect the images, this will not be printed on your artwork.
I understand there are a lot of options, and I’m happy to help advise you. I’ve done my best to provide some mockups that show the scale of images (look at the captions for the sizes) and ideas for various placements. When you’re on the shop page and adding an item to your cart, there is a preview button to help understand the scale in a living room setting.
