Roaming the Americas is a growing resource for travelers who seek immersive and sustainable experiences in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. We embrace a mindset of traveling to connect, learn, and share experiences across cultures, all while seeking to minimize the negative impact on the local culture, economy, and environment. Roaming the Americas offers practical travel resources and stories that inspire readers to explore through engaging written content and high-quality photography.
Why work with Naomi?
I’ve been practicing the craft of photography for more than 10 years and have experience that ranges from non-profit work to weddings and portraits to international travel projects. I’ve been active in social media and blogging for more than 5 years, and I’m committed to producing engaging and visually appealing content. In 2016 I launched Roaming the Americas and have developed valuable connections and collaborations through maintaining a consistent online presence.
As a traveler who is passionate about deep and meaningful experiences, I thrive on learning about the places I travel. Whether it’s chasing down my goal of becoming fluent in Spanish, picking up a book about the next place I’m traveling, or chatting with locals, I’m insatiably curious and love seeking out the experiences that are off the well-worn tourist path.
I bring all of this experience, commitment to quality, and passion for learning to my partnerships and collaborations. If you’re a business, traveler, destination, nonprofit, or travel company that shares a passion for responsible travel or outdoor adventure, I’d love to partner with you!
